Sexy and fun!
I have read many bad reviews about this film which I do not agree with. By no means is this film amazing or groundbreaking, but then again it never claims to be. The dialogue is witty, the action is thick and fast, there are plenty of laughs and the chemistry between Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt is sizzling. Many people bring up the issue of domestic violence, however the violence in this film is in no way glamorising domestic violence, it just so happens that the couple fighting are married, and both of the characters can give as good as they get. If you want a serious film with amazing acting and a clever plot this is definitely not for you, this is simply a fun film!

Awful We really hated this. We found the 'humorous' approach to domestic violence extremely offensive and would advise people to avoid it at all costs.

Be Afraid Although I enjoy Hollywood “popcorn” films this was bad. This is one of the poorer films I have seen for a while. I rented it predominately for my wife but she was equally disappointed by the film. My advice would be avoid.

How dull & disappointing I should have known what to expect really, the usual formulaic Hollywood action set-piece movie. True, the action "shoot 'em up" sequences are dramatic spectacles, but the plotline is so thin & dull that I just lost interest well before the end. Yawn, yawn!

Totally unbelievable shot-em-up farce
From the begining we had to endure a very boring simulated marriage counselling session moving on the to various hits by both parties. If you just want shoot-em-up with a plot so thin it's easy to see through and the twist at the end so implausable that it doesn't work, then this will be your kind of movie. On the other hand anyone who prefers an interesting plot with several subplots to add to the interest is going to be bitterly disappointed as we were.
