12 Rounds plays out like a fun 80's action flick that takes its inspiration from Die Hard 3. Renny Harlin is no stranger to the action genre and while 12 rounds isn't terrible , it is merely content to go through the motions. Entirely predictable the script isn't helped by the wooden lead actor and badly executed stunt sequences. A harmless rental but nothing new.
