Documentary on the life and times of Bing Crosby. The bovine tones of Bing Crosby held the world in sway for most of a career that spanned from the '30s until his death in 1977. He pioneered the art of crooning - singing in an easy, conversational style with frequent improv. phrasing and even, in his case, whistling. Here he is honoured in a 'The Still Of The Night' a documentary about his career alongside one of his best known films made with Bob Hope 'The Road To Bali'.
