In director Ulli Lommel's rarely seen drama, musician Billy must choose between his developing career and his love-hate relationship with journalist Nada. Filmed entirely on location in the streets and clubs of New York City's Lower East Side in 1979, the film became a sensation of the London underground scene in the early '90s.

Featuring an appearance by Andy Warhol and killer live performances by Richard Hell & The Voidoids at CBGB, this dark slice of the Punk life that was. This is the time of the Blank Generation.
