This stunning retrospective features a comprehensive and detailed study of the music of David Bowie and the Spiders From Mars during the breakthrough period from the late sixties to the mid-seventies when Bowie rose from obscurity to superstardom.
This unique film draws on rare footage of Bowie and the Spiders performing live on stage, and goes behind the scenes to discover the influences which shaped the early years of David Bowie's recording career.
Former Spiders Trevor Bolder and Woody Woodmansey tell the inside story on what it was like to be in Bowie's band during the seventies, creating and performing some of the greatest pop music even written.
