Ransom:
David and Edith Stannard's son Andy is kidnapped from his school by a nurse claiming that he is needed immediately by the family doctor. The ransom note delivered to the parents is upsetting enough, but when David Stannard realises that his son won't be returned regardless of whether he pays the ransom or not, he takes drastic action, putting a ransom on the heads of the kidnappers!
The Green Glove:
During the Second World War, American soldier Mike Blake captures and then loses a Nazi collaborator and art thief. Years later financial circumstances dictate that Blake return to France to try and find the Green Glove, a religious artifact dropped by the art thief.
