Panjaa (2011)


Fast-paced Indian action feature following the life of an orphan who is raised by a family of gangsters. Jai (Pawan Kalyan) is initially grateful to be taken in by Bhagawan (Jackie Shroff), a tough local criminal. He is raised in the law-defying ways of the family yet doesn't lose his own identity entirely. When he meets Sandhya (Sarah-Jane Dias), an idealistic Greenpeace activist, she reawakens impulses and ideas in him that life with the family had threatened to bury. Jai decides to change his path in life, but will his relationship with Bhagawan allow him to escape?
