- Jimmy Durante stars in this family comedy about a family of poor vaudeville performers who move house just before Christmas. In their new apartment they encounter an unlikely resident, Rupert the squirrel, who inadvertently acts as their guardian angel, giving them a Christmas to remember and changing their lives forever.
