After the Fall (1999)

The film carefully broaches the subject of the rapprochement of the film-maker to his older brother Dominic, who has for the time being escaped the clutches of a severe heroin addiction. A new chapter of the tale of their brotherly relationship begins during a trip to Spain, where they used to spend their summer holidays together as children.
