- Synopsis:
- Alphas is a Sci-fi drama following a group of individuals brought together by their superhuman abilities. Led by Dr. Lee Rosen (David Strathairn), an eminent neurologist and psychiatrist (but himself an ‘ordinary’ human), the ‘Alphas’ harness their powers in order to prevent others of their kind from committing criminal acts. Working on behalf of the investigative arm of the Government’s Defence Department, the team soon discover that a terrorist group, Red Flag, are the driving force behind the recent rise in Alpha-perpetrated crimes.
