Rent As Time Goes By: Series 4 (1995)

In the early 1950s, Jean, a student nurse, and Lionel, a young army officer meet and fall in love. 38 years later, their paths cross again. Older and wiser, neverless they discover that though love has a different pace priorities, the heat of old flames can still be rekindled. As the script for the mini-series reaches competition, Sandy moves into the house, Judith gets a new 'boyfriend', Penny & Stephen celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary and Lionel and Jean finally get round to tying the knot.
