Berlin Kaplani (2012)

Turkish comedy starring Ata Demirer as an aspiring boxer looking to up his game substantially to pay off a debt. Ayhan Kaplan (Demirer), a Berlin bodyguard and sometime boxer, has a record of 21 wins in 50 fights. The figure isn't particularly encouraging; nor is the figure of Ayhan himself, with his ballooning weight a perpetual concern for trainer Cemal (Tarik Ünlüoglu). Ayhan also appears to be distracted by Elvan (Nihal Yalcin), the beautiful but dangerous woman he falls in love with. Given that the boxer is already in danger - owing 50,000 euros with only a week left to pay up - he appears to be at a critical moment in his life. Can he find a way to pay off the debt?
