Rukia is shocked to see an Espada imitating her former lieutenant before her. He is in fact Aaroniero who has the ability to utilize the Spiritual Pressure of the Hollows that he devours. He devoured the body of the Hollow Metastacia that possessed Kaien before it died. Elsewhere, Uryu and Renji struggle against Szayel Aporro, who has sealed away most of their abilities, and Orihime and Nel watch in horror as a Hollowfied Ichigo faces off against the exultant Grimmjow.
