- From director Andreas Dresden comes a bold and unflinching love story about two people caught up in a secret liaison. When Inge, a married woman in her mid-sixties, meets Karl she finds herself drawn to him and before long they embark on a passionate affair. Battling with conflicting emotion, Inge confesses to her unsuspecting husband of her new found love and has to face the consequence of her betrayal. Cloud 9 explores fidelity, desire and love in the twilight years and subverts convention to present a brave account of young love in old age.
