- Synopsis:
After a virus outbreak in the center of Antwerp the goverment decides to lock the people who might be affected by placing a wall around the center...Antwerp commissioner Lex Faes must command the police team, with additional soldiers, to guard and enforce the infected neighborhood's quarantine. Colleague Jokke Deelen is furious to be trapped inside, but has to step up as civilians can't be expected to just get organized. The school kids are presumed safely locked into the institute, but a pupil is left behind with an old woman, whose husband kept her presence quiet. The civil authorities focus on 'preventing panic', but an alert newspaper reporter isn't easily silenced. The disease is apparent a rapidly killing...Jana's plans to escape the Cordon, things get complicated when others become ill and colleague's discover her plans to escape. Lex, Nald and Jokke discover damaging information against Dr. Cannerts and Lommers, while the Gov't plots to have Lex removed from duty and discredited. Ineke fights desperately to save her daughter Elli life. Tyl is rescued by Jokke who takes him back to the hospital where he and his sister Lien are tested for the virus.This finale episode shocks us with the untimely and unexpected deaths of main characters and leaves me wanting to watch more... - Actors:
