Before the video game - Dead Space: Downfall review by CP Customer
Commissioned by Electronic Arts to tie in with the release of Dead Space. This animated movie allows gamers to see what actually happened on the space ship, before the game commences.
It is an interesting tactic but ultimately only worthwhile for those who enjoyed the game itself. However wonderful the video game is, the film experience here is sadly lacking. A series of animation shorts were released to reveal events on the planet surface. Those events are missing here, so in reality this DVD is only one part of the complete set. Only interested gamers need apply.
