It's All Stars 10 and we're laughin' again! Everyone's sexin' it up. Steve Harvey, (Fighting Temptations), turns into a Mandingo lover while co-host Ricky Harris (Tales from the Hood, Bones, Hard Rain) gives some unusual advice on practising safe sex.
