- A militia leader named Maxwell, and his followers, reign havoc and disaster upon Las Vegas - punishing Sin City. Maxwell is about to marry one of his devoted followers, Tracy. As a wedding gift, he blows up the District Attorney's office. However, Tracy is horrified and runs away. Maxwell swears to find her, no matter what stands in his way...
