Two classic animated tales. In 'Snow White' (1995),Snow White is born pure and beautiful,so beautiful that her evil step-mother orders a Huntsman to take her into the forest and kill her. However,the Huntsman has a conscience so he sets the young beauty free. Alone and lost,Snow White goes to live with a group of kindly wharves - but the evil queen again plans to have her killed,using the tried and tested method of poison apple. In 'Beauty and the Beast' (1997),when her father is imprisoned in a castle deep in the woods,Beauty comes forward and offers herself in exchange for his freedom.
