- Synopsis:
After being wrongly accused of a patients death Psychiatrist Ed Altman (Mickey Rourke), decides to move away to Palm Springs for a fresh start. With the help of his adoring lawyer Kate (Carré Otis), Ed sets up a new practice. However, trouble seems to follow Ed and he soon starts an affair with the seductive Ally Mercer (Annabel Schofield) who he meets over a whisky at the local bar. Unbeknown to Ed, Ally is plotting to frame him for the murder of her corrupt husband. Called urgently in the night by Ally claiming that she is being beaten up by her husband, Ed goes to her rescue only to find that her real husband has been murdered and she has disappeared from the scene with her boyfriend. Ed is left at the murder scene and with his past record he is going to find it hard to prove his innocence. Unable to convince the law that he is not guilty; Ed decides to resolve matters in his own way. The question is will Ed be able to prove his innocence before time runs out? - Actors:
