- Synopsis:
A story of a Simple Happy Go Lucky Man Jeeva (Amitabh Bachchan), who becomes a victim of destiny and ironically becomes a dacoit. Not to rob poor, but the rich Zamindar Jaswant (Amjad Khan), who has committed various atrocities not only on his family, but also the villagers. Jaswant vindicates Jeeva and banishes him and his mother from the village in the pretext of cow murder. Jeeva's Mother dies. Jeeva becomes a dacoit; but only for Jaswant stopping him from doing all illegal activities. Jaswan robs the villagers of their money, which Govt. had allocated to them and also kidnaps Jeeva's heart throb Dhania (Rekha) and puts the blame on Jeeva. Jeeva vows revenge on the Zamindar Jaswant. See how Jeeva proves himself innocent and takes revenge on Jaswant. - Actors:
