Grotesque (2009)

Japanese horror filmmaker Kôji Shiraishi helms this controversial and brutal slasher about a man and a woman, Kazuo and Aki, kidnapped by a sadistic killer and held captive in their worst nightmare. Bound and gagged in a dingy basement, the two face their torturer, whose surgical garb foreshadows the horror to come.
