Jerry Stoner is a talented and good looking actor who has an unbelieveable scorecard with the ladies but on the other hand he is almost broke. J.C. Church is a sophisticated and renowned world traveller who happens to be the brother of the fabulously wealthy Edgar Church who is not the most liberated of men. The ailing millionaire has stipulated that any of his five young heiresses will be struck from his will should it be proved that they have engaged in sexual misconduct. J.C., the only other beneficiary of the will would like to claim everyone else's share along with his own so he makes mighty cocksman Jerry a lucrative and luscious offer he cannot refuse.
