Gymnastics for Children (2008)

Amy Eggleston teaches this guide to essential gymnastic techniques for preschool through to Level 2 gymnasts. Topics include: warm ups, how to fall, skill progressions and drills for tumbling, balance beam, bars and vault. These skills are incorporated into two fun obstacle courses designed to build confidence and correct techniques, as well as improving strength and coordination.
