- In this animated television series based on the comic strip, a wise, always-hungry cat named Heathcliff tries to win over Sonja, a pink-collared, white Persian kitty, all the while getting involved in one fun adventure after the next. Surrounding Healthcliff are numerous characters, such as his owner, Iggy Nutmeg; the suit-clad Knuckles; dim-witted Spike; dogs Leroy and Bush; and the Catillac Cats: Riff-Raff, Cleo, Hector, Wordsworth and Mungo.
