Sewer Master , 8th Dan Shaolin Hung Gar Kung Fu , and official successor of Grandmaster Chiu Chi Ling, 10th Dan , presents us on this occasion the main form of the original style as well as the explanation of all its techniques and applications. The Gung Gee Fook Fu Kuen is one of the oldest forms of Shaolin fist and was transmitted by the last abbot of the monastery, Chi Sim , one of his best students , Hung Hee Gung .
