On January 15th 1974,15 year old Charlie Otero's life was destroyed. He came home from school to find his parents and two of his younger siblings all murdered in their own home. He didn't know it at the time but the Oteros were the first victims of the serial killer who called himself B.T.K. (Bind. Torture. Kill). What followed was a lifelong search for the truth which culminated with the arrest, conviction and imprisonment of a man named Dennis Rader 30 years after the Oteros were murdered. This film chronicles the beginning of the end of the 30-year old B.T.K. Strangled mystery. Told through the eyes of Charlie Otero this marks the end of a lifelong search for the truth of what happened during the bloody rampage of B.T.K. - Actors:
