- While on a working holiday in central Europe, two young American students, Danielle (Kari Wuhrer) and Teresa (Tereza Duchková), become fascinated by the 16th century legend of the evil Countess Bathory, who is more commonly known as the world's first female serial killer. Alone in the Bohemian countryside, the girls weekend of research soon turns into a struggle for survival as an evil abductor is determined to enslave them in a subterranean dungeon.
