It's two years later the trial is over and the James' boys have an appointment with the electric chair. Their bloody escape from prison leads to a massive manhunt, with an intrigued public glued to their televisions, thrilled but afraid. The killers hole up in a typical suburban town taking the Ryan family hostage.
