- Synopsis:
- Harriet Vane (Harriet Walter) is on a walking tour of Devon when she comes across the body of a murder victim on an abandoned beach. Lord Peter (Edward Petherbridge) learns of her discovery and soon arrives to help with the investigation. Together, the sleuths find that the dead man was a dancer engaged in a relationship with a wealthy widow, and suspect that the woman's son may have had a hand in the matter, but can they find a motive?
