The class is broken down into three 20 minute workouts - 'Cardio Max', 'Waistline Max Burn', 'Squat to the Max' plus the 'Max Warm Up and Cool Down'. You can chose to do the full Max Hour or just one depending on the amount of time you have. There is even a bonus 20 minute workout for those who want even more! Once you are into the swing of it you can chose to work-out with the instruction off and just have the music.
