- Synopsis:
- Man at the Top is a British drama series based off the novels by author John Braine. The series follows Joe Lampton (Kenneth Haigh), a stockbroker who finds himself in a position of power thanks to his marriage to Susan (Zena Walker), the daughter of his new boss. The series chronicles Joe’s rise to an incredibly powerful position and the many trapping and perks that seduce him into doing things he shouldn’t be as he tries to keep his position and hide his misdeeds.
