- Synopsis:
Megha (Karisma Kapoor) comes to Bombay for studies. Akash and Vinod (Mohnish Bahl) studying in same college fall in love with Megha. Vinod wants to love Megha forcibly on the strength of money. Megha slaps Vinod and he looses his Prestige in the college. Vinod wants to molest Mehga in college compound, but Akash helps her. Megha falls in love with Akash. Akash is the only son of the Mill owner Mr. Bhanu Pratap. Megha is the sister of labour "Shanker" of the same Mill. The Poverty of Shanker comes in the way of Akash and Megha and Bhanu Pratap marries Akash to "Sona" the daughter of Jackson Sheth. Sona had become a mother before marriage and on knowing this Bahnu Pratap refuses to accept Sona as his daughter in law. Jackson Seth auctions the entire Property of Bhanu Pratap. Megha in order to save the Prestige of Bhanu Pratap sells herself to Vinod and gets married to him. Vinod wants to take the revenge from Megha for the college incident.
