This is the true story of what happened to a bubbly and pretty teenage girl when she fell in love with the wrong man. Ashley (Georgina Campbell) was a popular and outgoing 19-year-old when she first met Reece (Royce Pierreson) at a party. He was charming, handsome and six years older than her. What Ashley didn't know was that Reece was also insecure and inadequate, a bully with a history of violence who would seek to dominate all aspects of her life. This gripping drama tells the story of how a young woman with intelligence and confidence can be dominated by threats, violence and psychological abuse to become a victim of domestic abuse. In the end Ashley was the ultimate victim. In 2010 and after only a few short years together she was kicked and beaten to death by her boyfriend Reece at their home whilst their baby daughter was in the next room. - Actors:
