Filmmaker Rani Khanna was given exclusive access into the delicate process of the creative and collaborative relationship between Yared and Anthony Minghella on the score of 'Cold Mountain', which went on to receive an Oscar nomination. This portrait evokes the extremely demanding principles that guide his art and life and reveals an extraordinary artist, one of the finest composers working in the film industry today. Extracts from Yared and Minghella's finest collaborations are included as well as scenes of Yared conducting a number of his compositions.
