Yet another teen horror. - My Soul to Take review by CP Customer

Spoiler Alert
11/07/2011

I was looking forward to seeing Wes Craven's first horror film since 2005. While it isn't terrible, it's yet another teen horror in which a killer picks of a group of teens and if written and directed by someone lesser known then it could pass off as an ok movie, but from someone like Wes Craven it's a real let down. Aside from the generic 'killer back from the dead' storyline, it's not scary, gory, thrilling and packed full of really dumb plotholes. The only half decent thing about the movie was a better than average cast, especially Max Thieriot as 'Bug', aside from that it was a instantly forgettable hour and a half.
