Rent Needless (2009 - 2009)

Needless is a Japanese animated series about a group of people with mysterious powers thanks to an area of Japan called The Black Spot, an area of radiation caused during world war 3 where Tokyo used to be. The series follows Adam Blade, a Needless, a person with powers thanks to his having lived and spent time in The Black Spot. With his powers he sets out to change the world but others try to destroy the Needless and Adam finds himself in a war against a different faction intent on gaining as much power as possible.
