How hard!! - Nell McAndrew: Peak Energy review by CP Customer
I do a lot of work out dvds but this one was the hardest I have ever tried. It is 40mins of constant very high aerobic exercise. It is quite boring as it only contains a few moves which you keep repeating. You need a lot of stamina to do this dvd. There is very little toning. Very good if you want to get really fit but not much fun. It is led by a guy who is obviously from the army ranks!
