New Riders of the Purple Sage: Lost Broadcasts (1972)

A 1972 live performance from the country rock band that included several members of the Grateful Dead. Three members of the famous San Francisco band,including vocalist Jerry Garcia, formed the New Riders of the Purple Sage to allow them to explore fresh musical terrain. The membership of the band changed over the years but the group remained committed to their vision of country music.
