A nuclear war devastates a once-peaceful land. In the ruins of civilisation, roaming gangs of ninjas vie for supremacy. Determined to end the bloodshed, the respected Grandmaster, Fumrtaka, summons the warring factions to a peace summi in a remote temple, hidden a thousand feet below the Earth's crust. The Lost Clan is represented by five of its most highly-trained ninjas, who add a mastery of supernatural forces to their skill in the martial arts. Led by Cage, a legendary warrior with a dark past, they arrive at the summit ready to make peace with their enemies. Framed for assassinating Gradmaster Fumitaka (Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa), Cage (Christian Oliver) and the rest of the Lost Ninja Clan must battle their way through an underground nuclear bunker filled with hordes of supernatural enemies, mutants, and flesh eating zombies, pursued by Hiroshi's (Ernie Reyes Jr.) unstoppable army with orders to hunt them down.
