- In this earnest indie romance, George (Michael Piccirilli) is a librarian assembling a collection of outdated ideas and inventions who believes that love is just one more obsolete concept, and Sophie (Gaynor Howe) is a projectionist who believes just the opposite. When the two oddballs meet amid the vast and silent landscapes of Death Valley, they soon discover they have much to learn - about themselves as well as others.
