- Synopsis:
- On the Buses is a British comedy series about Stan Butler (Reg Varney) and his life On the Buses. The series follows Stan, a bus driver as he works his route and relaxes with his friends at the depot. The series also follows his friends at the depot and their lives including the relationship between his friend Arthur (Michael Robbins) and his wife Olive (Anna Karen) and how their lives are affected by Arthur’s job as a driver. The series looks at the relationships Stan makes at the depot and the comedy that comes with those friendships.
