Henry was abused by his stepfather, abandoned by his church, failed by his school, and mocked and betrayed by his friends. He is a bomb waiting to explode. A mysterious drifter appears in his life and Henry is given the power to take a life or spare a life, but he "must never give a life". Suddenly the city is hit with a wave of bizarre murders. Henry shows no mercy or pity. All those who mocked him pay dearly.
Sam, the detective on the case, resorts to a psychic and they soon become aware that they are dealing with a supernatural force.Meanwhile Henry, his personal vengeance satisfied, reunites with Becky, the only girl who never ridiculed him and they have a child. Unwittingly, he has broken his one rule and the drifter returns to "guide" him. Either his daughter dies or he loses.... he must choose.
Only Sam and the psychic can stop Henry's murderous plan and they are up against a heartless maniac, all the legions of hell and the Devil himself.- Actors:
