A closed hospital is the central point for the most recent spate of murders by a serial killer dubbed the 'NightHawk'. Roslyn (Sara Foster) has been recruited to file old patient records, and soon discovers a disturbing connection between the victims - they were all once patients at the hospital. As paranoia spirals out of control, Roslyn believes anybody could be guilty, even her own husband. Roslyn confides in Dr. Clement (Cary Elwes) a British psychiatrist who works nights on the fifth floor. There, Roslyn discovers a therapy room labelled "Psych 9", a barbaric-looking mental health treatment room with a story of its own. To solve the mystery of the NightHawk murders and unravel her terrifying past, Roslyn and Dr. Clement must uncover the shocking secret that lies buried deep within Psych 9. - Actors:
