Rent Raiders of the Damned (2007)

Low budget horror. Following the unleashing of a biological weapon that effectively killed it's victim's bodies while leaving their minds alive inside rotting shells, a pocket of uninfected humans has walled itself off from the zombies in an underground military facility. When a helicopter crashes in undead territory and strands the scientist (Richard Grieco) who represents humanity's last chance for survival, a team of commandos is assembled to rescue him.
