- Synopsis:
Santosh is a man in his late twenties; he is living (surviving) in Mumbai from last six years, Santosh is basically belongs to a small town of Rajasthan. He is working in Bank and his Boss Prem, who is married from last one year, always tells him that how much happy he is with his wife Khushi. Mr. and Mrs. Khurana are Santosh neighbours, they are happily married from last 15 years. Now Everyone around Santosh thinks that it's time for Santosh to get settled in his life and even Santosh believes that's it's now time for him to get married. Santosh has his own definition about his would be Wife, his dream wife would be a girl who is always smiling and obeying him, thinks of him as her Pati Parmeshwar, Santosh is sure that he will find a Wife of his dreams somewhere in small town. Shanti comes nowhere near to the concept of a dream Wife of Santosh, Shanti has a mind of her own and she married Santosh because she always wanted to have lot more out of her life and she sees Mumbai as a dream city, but all her romantic dreams become nightmare once she is exposed to the hard realty of life. Santosh is certainly not the person she wanted as her husband. Santosh and Shanti are pole apart: from each other and both of them starts thinking that they married to the wrong person; finally Santosh decides that it's not possible to live under one roof, he decides to leave the house to avoid daily fights. While having dinner at the restaurant his eye catches a made for each other couple sitting next to his table, very much enjoying each others company. Santosh starts envying them and all of a sudden he starts imagining about that beautiful girl as his Wife, after this incident in the state of depuration and frustration. Whenever Santosh sees a happily married couple, he becomes jealous of them and start imagining that persons Wife as his Wife. Very soon Santosh realizes that marriage is nothing but compromises and one can not find all qualities in one single person and realizes that it's not that marriage run your life, its you who runs the marriage for life time. Prem and Khushi also realize the value of marriage, Mr. and Mrs. Khurana provides lots of support to make them realize the importance of marriage. - Actors:
