Rat Pfink a Boo Boo (1966)

Singing idol Lonnie Lord is forced to team up with his friend Titus Twimbley when his girlfriend, Ceebee Beaumont, is kidnapped by the Chain Gang. Disguised as the caped crusaders 'Rat Pfink and Boo Boo', they come to the rescue of Ceebee, overpower an escaped ape, and bring down the mighty Chain Gang, whilst still finding time to belt out a few Rock 'n' Roll numbers. Cult director Ray Dennis Steckler filmed this Batman spoof on his usual shoestring budget, not even having the $50 needed to change the incorrect spelling of 'and' in the opening credits.
