Recently divorced, newly rich, and utterly miserable, Danny (Kevin Corrigan) is bored and lonely. Determined to mix up his lifestyle rut, he joins a local gym meeting self-styled fitness guru Trevor (Guy Pearce) and the sharp, irresistible trainer Kat (Cobie Smulders).
