- Inspired by such recent television hits as 'Survivor' and 'Big Brother', 'Series The Contenders' takes the concept of reality TV to a shocking new extreme. Six contestants are chosen at random. The field of play is an entire city. The six chosen are of all ages and from all walks of life. Once selected, refusal to participate is not an option. There are no rules, no games, no tasks and no riddles. Their mission could not be more simple: kill the other contestants or be killed themselves.
