Synopsis:

The Problem of Thor Bridge (1991)
The mysterious death of the wife of wealthy J. Neil Gibson (Daniel Massey) takes Holmes (Jeremy Brett) to a picturesque country estate. Here, while indulging in a little archery, the detective searches for evidence to what at first seems a case of murder. But he uncovers some extraordinary clues on Thor Bridge.
The Disappearance of Lady Frances Carfax (1991)
Holmes (Jeremy Brett) described this case as an 'example of that temporary eclipse to which even the best balanced mind may be exposed'. In this puzzle the mysterious wanderings about Europe of the beautiful Lady Frances (Cheryl Campbell) and the part played by the enigmatic Albert Schlessinger (Julian Curry) and the Earl of Rufton (Michael Jayston) stretch Holmes' detective skills to the limit.
